Fees

4We understand that choosing the right nursery is one of the most important decisions you’ll make — and we’re here to make the process as smooth, clear and transparent as possible.

Choosing the Hours Which Suit Your Family

We know every family is unique, which is why we offer both full-year (50 weeks) and term-time only (38 weeks) options.

Although our nursery is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, early drop-offs from 7:30am, are available on request. We are closed on bank holidays and for two weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Pricing & What’s Included

At The Langley Heritage Primary, our nursery fees are competitively priced, with the option to add on nutritious meals cooked onsite by our school caterers. The prices below cover our core hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm and are based on the 50 weeks the nursery operates each year.

Early starts are available for £9 for 30 minutes.

The Langley Heritage Nursery fees include everything your child needs:

  • Breakfast, morning snack, lunch and tea.
  • All resources and consumables
  • Specialist activities
  • Parent events and celebrations

Please note: Monthly costs vary depending on the number of sessions booked that month. We’ll always provide a clear, accurate invoice based on your child’s actual attendance.

Funding & Support

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for:

  • 15 and 30-hour government funding (subject to eligibility)
  • Tax-Free Childcare payments

These can significantly reduce your monthly costs — we’re happy to accept both cost-efficient ways to help with your childcare costs.

Government Funded Hours

We accept government-funded hours — whether you're using term-time only or stretched funding over the full year.

Funded hours can only be accessed with a valid eligibility code

Parents/carers must reconfirm their eligibility via the government website regularly

If your child attends during term time only, funded hours are used over 38 weeks of the school year.

If your child attends all year round, funded hours are spread out over 50 weeks to cover the entire year.

If you are eligible for funding you will be able to claim this in the term following your child reaching 9 months of age.

We accept payment by standing order/BACS transfer monthly in advance. All major childcare vouchers are accepted, and we are registered with tax-free childcare.

Tax-Free Childcare

Most parents are also likely to qualify for Tax-Free Childcare. You can check your eligibility and find out more about the scheme—which can provide up to £2,000 per child each year here.
